1. No Return or Exchange Policy
Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been delivered.
2. Refund Eligibility (Exceptional Cases Only)
Refunds are only applicable in exceptional cases, such as:
The product received is damaged, defective, or spoiled at the time of delivery.
The wrong item was delivered.
All such cases will be thoroughly reviewed and verified before approval.
3. Reporting Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery at [your support email/contact number] with:

A clear photo/video of the product and packaging
Refund requests made after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible.
4. Refund Process
Once your claim is approved:
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
We reserve the right to deny a refund if the investigation reveals no issue with the product or packaging.
5. Order Cancellation
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after dispatch.
If you wish to cancel before dispatch, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
